You can download SocMap from our GitHub repository here.

SocMap is written in Python 3 and has the following dependencies:

• igraph (preferred) or NetworkX (slower)
• Tweepy
• jsonpickle

You can install networkx/tweepy/jsonpickle by entering the socmap directory and running:
pip install .

For larger networks, follow the igraph installation instructions to improve performance dramatically.
